Can I order from multiple brands in one order? Yes, you can add pieces from multiple brands in a single checkout. Items from different brands are fulfilled and shipped separately, so you may receive more than one parcel.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Corporate Edit never stores your card details.
Shipping and Delivery
Is shipping free? Yes, all orders placed through Corporate Edit are shipped free of charge anywhere in Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Each brand fulfils and ships directly from their own warehouse, so delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on the brand and your location. Estimated delivery times are noted on each product listing.
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Does Corporate Edit ship internationally? No, Corporate Edit currently ships within Australia only.
My order has not arrived, what should I do? If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact info@corporateedit.com and the team will look into it straight away.
Returns and Refunds
What is Corporate Edit's returns policy? Corporate Edit accepts change of mind returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I return an item? Returns are self-serve through the returns portal. Log into your account, select the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts to generate a return label. A fee is deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
How long does a refund take? Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Can I return sale items? No, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
What if my item is faulty? If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@corporateedit.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the fault. Corporate Edit will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
I ordered from multiple brands, how do returns work? Each item is returned directly to the brand it came from. If returning items from more than one brand, you will receive a separate return label for each brand and will need to send them as separate parcels. A fee applies per return.
